Standard shipping delivers in 4-6 business days within the continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, and Mexico, please allow up to 10 business days from the date you place your order.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We hope you will fall in love with your whind products - but if you are not convinced and would like to return your product, we will be happy to return it or exchange it for another. Email our orders@whind.com team with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of the order being placed.
If your item is damaged, please include a photograph of the damage in your email. The product must be returned to the warehouse for quality assurance purposes. We will provide a return label and request that items be shipped back to our warehouse unopened, whenever possible, for hygiene purposes.
