How our delivery options work
For first time orders from new customers in the UK, we offer FREE standard first class Royal Mail delivery (please note that this is not tracked). This will automatically be set to FREE at the checkout to say thank you for choosing Glasses Frames & Lenses.
On placing your order with us, it progresses through our in-house laboratory where your lenses are manufactured precisely to your prescription. We aim to deliver your new prescription glasses to your door within 14 working days of your order being received, however in many cases they could be with you within 7 working days.
You will receive regular email updates to keep you informed, and a shipping email will confirm the dispatch of your order. If you have paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24, your tracking number will be contained within the email.
Other delivery options such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 are available but are priced accordingly:

How to order your glasses
Once you have your prescription you're ready to select your new pair of frames (or two!). At glassesframesandlenses.com this is simple:
- Browse the shop using our frame search to find your favourite pair.
- Configure your chosen frames by choosing whatever lens options you'd like.
- Upload or send your prescription to us
- Your frames are now configured and you can add them to your basket.
- When you've finished choosing frames, it's time to checkout and enter your delivery & payment details.
You will receive your 'order confirmation' to your email address (please also check in 'spam')
That's it! Glasses Frames and Lenses will deliver your glasses direct to your door within 14 days.

Choosing Your Frames
Searching for frames is easy with our filters. You can filter by fit, colour, brands, material and shape. You can also use the magnifying glass icon to type in a particular frame model of a frame you have tried at your local opticians to check if we stock it. Please note that of the available brands on our website, even models that are not listed can still be obtained from the supplier (subject to availability). In these circumstances we will happily get these frames in stock for you should you wish to opt for the no obligation 'try at home' service, or to go ahead and purchase.

Configuring Your Frames and Lenses
Once you have selected a pair of frames in your chosen colour you will be asked to choose your lens options. From here you can select from 'Try at Home', 'Frame Only', or you can continue to configure your lens options through the 'Prescription Customise Now' button.
If selecting the 'Prescription Customise Now' button, you will be offered a variety of lens choices in simple, easy to understand steps with images that explain each lens type. Once you have selected your lenses, you can choose how to send a copy of your prescripton.
Your frames are now configured and you may add them to your shopping basket.
Your Shopping Basket
When you have added a pair of frames to your shopping basket you can continue browsing for more frames or you can choose to checkout and confirm your order.
From the shopping basket you can change the order quantity of each pair of configured frames (e.g. if you would like to order an identical pair as a spare you would set the order quantity to 2). You may also remove frames from your basket if you wish.
You can always return to your basket by clicking the "View basket" link in the basket summary at the top right corner of each page.
Confirming Your Order and Checking Out
When you're ready to complete your order, simply click the checkout link found in the shopping basket.
You will be asked to enter your name, email and delivery address before finally confirming that all your order details are correct.
