Delivery of log cabins and larger summer houses: Delivery times are indicated on each product page. In general, this is the minimum lead time - if you think your building might arrive before you are ready to receive it, just let us know when ordering. We have great warehouse facilities and can usually hold your cabin until you are ready for delivery. In addition, many, but not all, cabins on our standard lines are stocked and available for quick delivery. Cabins that are not stored in the warehouse come directly from their respective factories. Once a building is in our warehouse, with our group of carriers we can offer delivery to the Mainland UK (Excludes Northern Ireland and all islands except Isle of Skye) within 7 days from our warehouse then when you are ready to receive your build, please let us know and then we will arrange delivery. We cannot always arrange delivery on the day of your choice, but we can deliver on the day we are in your area. If you want to know what day we deliver in your area - just ask us and resend your zip code. We will notify you immediately. Delivery is usually a big concern for customers, however our drivers are positive, very helpful and delivery goes almost invariably without incident.

What to expect when a construction kit arrives: Buildings are, of course, delivered in kit form and will require assembly. Kits are on large pallets and are unloaded from the delivery truck with a rear forklift (Escludes sheds and smaller summer houses). We must always inform you that delivery is made on the “sidewalk side”, ie, at the closest accessible point to your delivery address, the shipment will be delivered on the sidewalk side.
